Bastion started with two vehicles in Boksburg and a promise to publish response times. We now run six zones and eighteen vehicles, and the promise is still on the website.
What we hold ourselves to

No subcontracted response. The officer who arrives works for us, knows the zone, and answers to the same manager as the operator who dispatched him.
Numbers you can check
Response times by suburb, published monthly. If we are slow, you see it, and that month is free.
No lock-in
Month to month. We keep clients by turning up, not by contract clause.
